2017 Diary



Anyone organising league or other club matches, group visits or any other events should give the dates to the Secretary who will then add them to the list on the noticeboard in the pavilion. Please do not add dates to the list without telling the Secretary, as this can lead to double-booking.

Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are normally reserved for club GC (2 lawns minimum) and AC play respectively, but may be used for other events if necessary. Lawn mowing is dependent on the weather and can take place at any time. If games are in progress then players should be prepared to swap lawns.

Please note: Play is permitted on EH event days, shown below in italics. For major events the playing fields are roped off and visitors are directed along the track past the pavilion to the car parking area. If this is the case use the visitor parking area and do not park next to the pavilion. Anyone arranging a match or other event on such days should make sure that visiting teams or individuals are aware of this and park in the proper place.
