2018 Diary
Event notification: Anyone organising league or other club matches, group visits or any other events should give the dates to the Secretary. Please do not add dates to the calendar in the pavilion without telling the Secretary first.
Club play: Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are normally used for club GC (2 lawns minimum) and AC play respectively, but may be used for other events if necessary. Lawn mowing is dependent on the weather and can take place at any time. If games are in progress then players should be prepared to swap lawns.
EH events: Play is permitted on EH event days, shown below in italics. If the playing fields are roped off you must use the visitor parking area. Do not park next to the pavilion. Anyone arranging a match or other event on such days should make sure that visiting teams or individuals are aware of this.
Tournaments and matches: For tournaments, all four lawns will be in use all day. For league and other matches there should be at least one lawn free.
